SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship Australia-wide, with international shipping available to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners and Australia Post.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–6 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

From time to time, promotional shipping offers may apply. Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. EREMOS is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
