SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship within Australia only.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners and Australia Post.

Estimated delivery timeframes:
Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–6 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Under $100: Standard $10. Express $20 on any order. Shipping rates may change at any time. Any change won’t affect orders already placed.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
