Eremos takes pride in the quality and consistency of its formulations and products, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your order number

• Full name used on the order

• The reason for the return

• Clear photos if the item is faulty or damaged

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

·      Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

·      Faulty or damaged items: If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, we will cover return shipping or offer a replacement or refund.

·      Customers that return a package will not be refunded original transport/shipping fee

·      No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

• Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products (unless faulty)

• Gift cards

• Sale or promotional items (unless stated otherwise)
