What skin types are your products suitable for?

Our range is suitable for all skin types, including oily, dry, and sensitive skin. Each product is designed to restore balance and resilience without harsh ingredients.

How should I use the products together?

Use the Charcoal Face Scrub to cleanse, followed by the Vita E-Face Moisturiser to restore and hydrate. apply the body butter as required, ideally after showering, to lock in moisture. For simplicity, try the Eremos System — the complete 3-step system.

Do you test on animals?

Never. EREMOS is 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

How long will one product last me?

Each 100ml product is designed to last 6–8 weeks with daily use, depending on how much you apply.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Do you ship outside of Australia?
